For self cycle

• Age 38 or younger at the start of the first IVF cycle

• AMH level of 1.5 or higher (test results from the past 3 months accepted)

• Day 3 FSH level below 10 (test results from the past 3 months accepted)

• Day 3 Estradiol level below 80 (test results from the past 3 months accepted)

• Normal baseline ultrasound with an antral follicle count of 8 or more

• Normal hysteroscopy results

• BMI below 35

• No more than 2 occurrences of miscarriage, termination, biochemical pregnancy, blighted ovum, or ectopic pregnancy

• No more than one failed IVF/FET cycle

• Sperm parameters (count over 5 million)

For Egg Donor or Embryo Donor cycle

• In case of Donor egg / donor embryo - age and AMH criteria does not apply.

• If a gestational sac isn't seen on an ultrasound atleast once after 5 IVF attempts within 18 months, the IVF package cost will be refunded.

• No refund if the Couple doesnt complete 5 attempts in 18 months. 

• Only IVF Package amount paid will be refunded. 

• Hysteroscopy or any other procedures or scan or blood tests or medicines needed will be additional.

• Under no circumstances, will this 18 month period be extended or waived off.
